Network Support in Philadelphia

The level of service and quality of support we’ve received has been absolutely unmatched. We’ve worked with larger MSPs in the past, but the difference with radius180 was immediately clear. With the bigger providers, we constantly felt like just another number — tickets took forever, communication was lacking, and our business operations were suffering because of it.

Just prior (we’re talking 2 days) to contracting with radius180, we suffered a Ransomware attack. They inherited a nightmare scenario. Matt, Ben, Dave, and the entire crew rolled up their sleeves and got us back up within a week – we took the opportunity to do some upgrades at all levels. Since then, we’ve had no issues and our productivity has benefited greatly.

I have used several other MIT companies, but none of them compared to the professionalism, quality and support provided by radius180. They provide honest assessments of your needs and communicate in a way a non-tech person can understand. They take the time to meet with you quarterly (or more if you need) to provide you with strategic planning around your IT needs so you have a roadmap and avoid surprise expenses. For the first time in a long time I feel comfortable that our organization is fully supported and protected and that I have a partner I can rely on. Thanks to their support I can concentrate on our mission and know we are in good hands. I highly recommend the team from radius180 for your MIT needs.
