Our previous IT company was never available, but Radius180 has been the complete opposite. Jess had worked with them before, and Kim helped get everything set up smoothly. We were refered to Radius by a few of our venders and partners and decided to make the switch over. It’s been a few years now and everything has worked out great. They are constantly in the background and typically reach out to me to resolve an issue before I’m aware of it myself. They are always quick when we need them and never leave an issue unresolved. Great Team!

Radius180 has managed our IT for over 5 years. They are always responsive and attentive to our needs. They proactively reach out regularly to review where our equipment is in its life cycle, presenting options for moving forward. As we have CNC equipment with PC controllers they have assisted with their Windows operating system and hardware. I would highly recommend them.

Radius180 has been a great partner for BCA Insurance Group. Great team and fantastic Service.

We’ve had many uh-oh moments over the years that they have helped solve. The one that stands out is how they resolved a mistake. The way they handled it showed how much integrity they had and how honest they were. They asked how can we satisfy you…we knew from that example that this is the company we wanted to work with as we grew.

Before finding radius180 we were with an MSP that was not nearly as good as these guys. I really appreciate how they are attentive to our needs and see every issue through to its resolution. We are more secure and have far fewer problems popping up on a daily basis. All the Techs are great – not like our last MSP where I had to ask for the best ones by name. Everyone from our Owners to the least sophisticated users are happy with radius180.

I have used several other MIT companies, but none of them compared to the professionalism, quality and support provided by radius180. They provide honest assessments of your needs and communicate in a way a non-tech person can understand. They take the time to meet with you quarterly (or more if you need) to provide you with strategic planning around your IT needs so you have a roadmap and avoid surprise expenses. For the first time in a long time I feel comfortable that our organization is fully supported and protected and that I have a partner I can rely on. Thanks to their support I can concentrate on our mission and know we are in good hands. I highly recommend the team from radius180 for your MIT needs.

I have been in my own business as a CPA Accountancy Firm for thirty years. radius180 is there whenever I need them and especially at our busiest- tax season- it is vital that our systems are up and running and that the employees have access to all of the information they need. Reliable, responsive, and professional. After 6 years of working together, we’re grateful for their continued dedication and service.

The level of service and quality of support we’ve received has been absolutely unmatched. We’ve worked with larger MSPs in the past, but the difference with radius180 was immediately clear. With the bigger providers, we constantly felt like just another number — tickets took forever, communication was lacking, and our business operations were suffering because of it.

I can’t recommend radius180 enough for all your IT and Cyber Security needs. From top to bottom the staff at radius180 has professionals that are absolute experts in their field that always answer the call. The investment they make in your company makes you forget that you’ve even outsourced your IT services. Just prior (we’re talking 2 days) to contracting with radius180, we suffered a Ransomware attack. They inherited a nightmare scenario. Matt, Ben, Dave, and the entire crew rolled up their sleeves and got us back up within a week – we took the opportunity to do some upgrades at all levels. Since then, we’ve had no issues and our productivity has benefited greatly.
